The Loving Touch approach brings yoga to the student, using the body as a teacher to connect with the physical, energetic and emotional components that make up full vital living. Whether through private instruction or small group workshops, students learn to use the power of yoga asana, the subtle flow of the breath and time tested meditation techniques to bring balance to all aspects of their being; the result is decreased pain and increased mobility, a sense of energetic steadiness, calm in the nervous system and quiet in the mind, the joy of an open heart. Loving Touch Yoga is based firmly in “the attitude of gratitude”, with a teaching style that is a mix of the amicable and the inspirational. Suzanne’s enthusiasm and expertise stem from her own experience in the use of yoga and meditation to overcome adaversity; she is passionate about the healing power of yoga.
