Camden Yoga and Wellness

Description

I hold general integrative yoga therapy classes along with private instruction. My focus is on wellness and working with each individual in a place that is safe and appropriate for them. Emphasis on core strength, improving one's overall wellness and creating balance from within. Classes are held in multiple locations.
