Tiffany Blackden: Yoga Deep Creek Lake, MD

Our Hatha yoga classes in Garrett County, MD,  are focused on building strength to help with mobility through activities of daily life. Tiffany has worked with people in chronic pain and athletes since 1999. She brings an extensive understanding of repetitive strain injuries and chronically tight muscle patterns into her yoga classes to help wtih alleviating long term restrictions and related pain. She provides classes for adults and children in a traditional Hatha style, and strength and stretching classes. She teaches yoga in Deep Creek Lake in McHenry and Mountain Lake Park.
