Registered Yoga Teacher - YinYang Yoga

I'm in my 60's and my teaching focus is on working with the 50+ age groups in doing a combination class of Yin and Yang sequences (the Yang being primarily a gentle Vinyasa). The approach I take in teaching is to be sensitive to the daily inflexibilities and stiffness this age group may experience and encourage to take the pose ONLY to the point of slight discomfort for the body at the time.
