Golden Lotus Ayurveda

Description

Our studio is located in one of Golden's heritage homes, boasting high ceilings, large windows, and wooden floors. We offer a variety of classes in a small, intimate setting, which allows us to give each student the attention and assistance they require.
We also offer off-premise classes to seniors, preschool children and youth, as well as for special events and gatherings. You can book a private Yoga class to deepen and enhance your own practice.
All of our teachers are certified and experienced.

Credentials

All of our instructors are Yoga Alliance Certified (200hr).

Dalia and Scott are graduates of The Ayurvedic Institiute in Albuquerque, NM.

Dalia is a Certified Prenatal Yoga Teachers, as well as a Certified Birth Doula CD(DONA).
