My classes are appropriate for most any level of yoga practitioner and are a good place to start for a person new to yoga or one who wishes a gentler, introspective class. The style of yoga I teach is Hatha that is infused with other modalities and may include restorative and yin poses, mantra, mudras, brain wave vibration and energy techniques, etc. Yoga philosophy, pranayama (breath control) and meditation are introduced at times. I will provide hands on assists and work with students to find the appropriate modifications for their body. My classes are ideal for anyone wanting to release tension, increase flexibility and balance, gradually and comfortably. We will end with a very nice focused relaxation and you’ll come out feeling amazing!
