Perfectly Well was originally organized to help individuals make their way through a healthy weight loss process, learn about good food, homeopathy, and other useful tools. Today we are focused on teaching all levels of Kundalini Yoga incorporating live music into our classes, and exploring the depths of the quantum world and its relationship to health and healing through Matrix Energetics.
