Tracy is a Certified, Professional Level Kripalu Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) and an ERYT with 200+ hours independently registered with the National Yoga Alliance. She was trained and certified to teach Yoga for Pregnancy by Janice Clarfield at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. Tracy's multi-disciplinary training comes from her studies at Yoga Zone in the ISHTA lineage as well as from studying at Kripalu, Om Yoga Center, various conferences, classes, workshops & trainings with such teachers as Alan Finger, Cyndi Lee and Erich Schiffmann. She feels honored & blessed to have had the opportunity to study with and be inspired by these renowned teachers as well as Seane Corn, Donna Farhi, Judith Lasater, David Life, Shiva Rae & Rodney Yee.

Her teaching is most influenced by her studies with Erich Schiffmann, Cyndi Lee, Seane Corn, Carrie Parker and Jillian Pransky. While running a growing yoga studio and teaching classes takes up a large part of her time, Tracy is an eternal student, & continues to attend classes, trainings & workshops regularly.

Tracy encourages her students to honor their own bodies, to move mindfully through their practice and through each step of their journey in life. Her classes are fun and challenging - offering the students a safe space to discover their strengths & weaknesses, to witness their actions & reactions and to grow from those discoveries. During class, she emphasizes correct alignment, light-heartedness, deep exploration without judgement, breathing, and relaxation so that the benefits and joys of yoga reveal themselves.

Tracy Wendroff-Rawnicki, ERYT, is the founder & director of Shine Yoga Center in Cliffside Park, New Jersey. She leads private, corporate & group classes, workshops, retreats & teachers trainings throughout Bergen, Hudson & Union Counties in NJ. She also runs retreats and workshops throughout the US and the Caribbean.
