Carolyn offers a very compassionate and fun style of Yoga that is accessible to everyone and every body type. She will meet you where you are and help you to reach your goals. She is an ambassador for Project Yoga Richmond, she owns the studio and still teaches out in the community. She teaches Yoga Therapy Sessions at MCV Psychiatric Units and also the Crisis Stabilization Unit at St. Joseph's Villa.  She also teaches 4 year olds at the MCV Daycare Center. She is very ecletic in her style. From teaching the 4 years olds, to troubled teens, to older adults (84+years). She also enjoys teaching Laughter Yoga! Carolyn is also certified as a Mat Pilates Instructor and offers Pilates and many other specialty Yoga classes for private groups or individuals.
