Mindful Movement Coach

Description

I have been teaching yoga since 2002, drawing on my Anatomy, Physiology and Psychology background, as well as recovering from low back, knee and foot injuries. I have been on a journey of self awareness and use my practice as a therapeutic catalyst for my own personal transformation. My intention is to teach and educate others on the calming, restorative and physical aspects of Movement & Mindfullness. 

My goal is to help you LIVE Mindfully by creating individual programs that blend yoga, Pilates, Alexander Technique, breath awareness and meditation. I believe living Mindfully is about embracing change with a flexible mind and being present in the body.
