Michele is a registered yoga teacher with over 700 hours of teaching experience. Michele believes that yoga is for any BODY. Her focus is on the healing aspects of the practice. Using yoga as part of a holistic approach to self improvement, Michele’s classes incorporate proven methods for developing an awareness of the connection between body, mind and spirit. Michele took her initial yoga training through a direct lineage, oral tradition, with emphasis on the 8 limbs of yoga as penned by Patanjali. She travels to Haiti regularly and teaches yoga to the children and helps to bring a sense of peace and tranquility to the community.
