Description

I believe that everyone is able to do some sort of yoga. Yoga is not just about the pose, it is about the mind-body connection. I enjoy teachng older adults about yoga.  I love to watch as they feel the connection of their mind and body.  I enjoy knowing that I have given that person a gift.
