The Studio Yoga
The Studio Yoga is a multi-discipline studio featuring Kripalu, Hatha, Vinyasa, Adaptive and Restorative styles of yoga. We offer a variety of weekly classes; Gentle, Fundamentals (Levels 1-3), Vinyasa, Restore, Adaptive/Chair for therapeutic & mobility-challenged modifications and Yoga 101 for the absolute beginner. We have classes to fit all body types, ages and fitness levels.
At The Studio Yoga we provide a safe, comfortable, fun space where you can learn and enjoy yoga without hassle, intimidation, and confusion.
Yoga provides benefits that are good for you in all aspects of your life whether at work, at home, or at play. Our goal is to teach you how to practice yoga safely and effectively so that you may feel the benefits immediately.
