Jasmin is a RYT-200 yoga instructor and has been teaching yoga since 2010. Jasmin was formally trained in TM (Transcendental Meditation) in 1975 and in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), in 2013. She has been practicing meditation since 1975 and has been teaching it for almost a decade.
