I have thirty plus years experience teaching yoga, movement and dance. My yoga background can be found on my website.
My earliest influence was Transcendental Meditation and Swami Satchidananda. I had a taste of Power Yoga with Bryan Kest that inspired me to create a dance of yoga to music. Twenty some years ago I became an Iyengar student and continue to use all these teachings. I have been a student of Feldenkrais for twenty some years also and that education in tandem with Iyengar allowed me to create a balance of subtle and strong that was unique in its time.
I now teach privately at people's homes and offices. I also teach students and staff at Vanderbilt University as well as our hockey team, the Nashville Predators.
