I started Yoga for You out of my deep appreciation for the practice of Yoga and a strong belief in its healing power.

As an IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist, I am trained to assess your individual needs and to help you bring balance and healing to all areas of your life.  I offer private yoga therapy sessions and also teach specialized yoga classes for Parkinson's Disease.
