Carolyn Lyons

Carolyn has been practicing yoga since her teens. After working for doctors for over ten years she began studying yoga for her own personal knowledge. She then decided to attend yoga teacher training here in Michigan. After being certified Carolyn began volunteering at Hospice in Lapeer for the employees and for social workers of Genesee and Oakland County at their place of work and work picnics. The people she volunteered for and their gratitude towards her and her teaching have inspired her to further her  studies. Carolyn is always looking for ways to enrich her studies with yoga. Carolyn has traveled across the United States visiting different yoga studios only to become more and more enlightened and eager to share her knowledge. Carolyn designs her classes to accommodate all who come to the studio whether it’s a  person’s first time in a yoga class or they’re a seasoned yoga student, she likes to encourage her students to find a connection with their breath and body and to have fun with their yoga practice.
