Om Shanti! My name is Justine Benanty, and I am an RYT200 Yoga Alliance instructor in New York City. I host in my Brooklyn Heights apartment or can come to you! I am certified in Hatha style Yoga, including Vinyasa with a body Alignment focus, Restorative, Yin & Mindful Meditation. I also lead children's and teenager's yoga classes, both private and group.
