I really enjoy the physical and mental elements of well-being that my yoga practice brings to me and I choose to teach yoga to others to help them encounter this sense of calmess and confidence too. I have a strong focus on being connected to the breath in each session, and work with each individual to explore all aspects of yoga and it's practice for themselves. I teach from beginner through to intermediate level, and take special care to ensure an awareness of alignments in asanas, encouraging each person to build on their own phyical abilities and range to allow themselves to a safe and rewarding yoga practice of their own.

I am a Yoga Alliance Experienced 200-hr Yoga Teacher, and recently acquired my YA Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) status. I have been teaching since I qualified in 2018, and run several weekly classes including a Morning Vinyasa Flow, one for the over 50's, and an evening resorative class with relaxation and meditation. I have taught online during the UK Lockdowns, and am now back doing face-to-face classes and retaining some online. I have experience of 1:1 teaching with one client that has been with me for over two years! I have run workshops over the last three years relating to the chakra system, relieving stress and anxiety, and the more esoteric elements of the Wheel of the Year marking the equinoxes and solstices with yoga, ceremony and meditation. I am available to book for a group sessions and for private one-to-class classes. I have been practicing myself since 2001.
