Both of these complement each other, the prescribed sequence of The Primary Series along with the creativity of Vinyasa Flow Classes. We call it Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Here are our 200 hour Yoga Teacher Trainings. These courses are the first step to becoming a Yoga Teacher. Kranti Yoga accepts all levels of yogis and yoginis and our experienced teaching team can accommodate multiple levels. These courses run over 3 weeks and there are 2 options to choose from:

• 1. 200 hrs in Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Yoga
• 2. 200 hrs in Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga Teacher Training

300 hrs Yoga Teacher Training

If you are looking for Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in Goa, India join us for 300 hours Yoga TTC. These courses are designed for those who have completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training (not necessarily at Kranti Yoga) and are ready to take the next steps. These courses run over 4 weeks and there are 2 options to choose from:

• 1. 300 hours in Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Adjustments 
• 2. 300 hours in Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga

500 hrs Yoga Teacher Training

If you are ready to take the leap and have 8 weeks to stay with us in Goa, then our 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training followed by the 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training will give you 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher status with Yoga Alliance.

• 1. 500 hrs in Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga with Yin Yoga 
• 2. 500 hrs in Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga with Ashtanga Adjustments

Continuing Professional Development Courses

Relax and Rewind

If a Yoga Teacher Training is not what you are looking for, join us for a Yoga Holiday on the beach in Goa. With Yoga Classes, Pranayama and Meditation Classes scheduled all day, you can choose your own schedule and have as much beach time as you need to fully rest and rejuvenate.

The Yoga Village

The Yoga Village is spread over 2 resorts, Ocean View and Garden Side with 6 yoga shalas throughout. Our Yoga Teacher Training Courses are residential with accommodation options to suit all budgets. Students can choose from Beachfront Cottages with views of Patnem Beach to Garden Side 4 share dorms with a community jungle feel. Our aim is to provide a comfortable homely environment, allowing our students to fully immerse themselves into Yoga Teacher Training whilst here in Goa. Each of the cottages has a balcony complete with hammock, an ideal place for study time.
