Yauga Yoga

Description

I got the yoga teaching qualification from Rishikesh of India. This is the sacred place to where yoga originated from. I stayed there for months to learn how to teach yoga. I am keen on teaching small group classes and private classes because I want to take care of each student practicing yoga safely and share what the benefits for those yoga practice (I mean not only practice yoga poses). On the other hand, I want to make people to be true self, mindful and well-balanced.

Credentials

Yauga Yoga designs a 60-minutes yoga class including pranayama (breathing exercises is an essential part because it impacts how we feel physically, emotionally and mentally immediately). However, it is not common found in other yoga classes. You may find different types of yoga classes either in a small group or a private class. You can select a convenient location at your clubhouse or activity room in your company at least for 4 people in a private small group class. It also means Yauga Yoga is different from what the market provides which is "Yauga" style.
