I came to yoga by first becoming a YMCA and AFAA certified aerobics instructor in 1994.  In 1997, I happened upon a yoga class at a local gym and never looked back.  After practicing yoga on and off for more than 20 years I felt it was time to take the next step to teach and share yoga, which has now evolved into a life long journey of love and passion for this ancient practice. I completed my RYT 200 at True Nature School of Yoga, Oceanside, California in June 2013. I completed my RYT 300, at Roots and Wings aka Yoga Branch in Vista, California in June 2016. I am also a “Fascia Fit” Instructor and a Reiki Master. I love teaching yoga and Fascia Fitness in a group setting as well as in private and semi-private environments. Yoga, Fascia Fitness and Reiki  are wonderful ways to bring vitality, clarity and balance to your mind, body and spirit.  I am a full time mother of 2 sons and focus my time on living a well balanced life with my family, friends, pets, yoga, fascia fitness, education and writing.  In my spare time I also enjoy gardening, traveling, music, baking, reading, hiking, biking, rollerblading, kayaking and stand-up-paddle boarding.

Our family made a life change and moved from our home in San Diego County, California to Georgia in June, 2018.  We love being closer to family and the new adventures living in the southeastern United States brings.
