As the studio we offer  yoga and meditation classes in the northern suburbs of Perth with a wholeness focus including: spiritual life coaching and mentoring. The team here include: Yoga and Meditation Facilitators, Bowen Therapists, Life Coaches,  Holistic Counsellors and a Reflexologist. We focus on developing physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energetic wellness, awareness and spiritual hygiene.

Practitioner and facilitator of meditation and yoga since 1974. Various yoga/meditation trainings over the years, also including life coaching and mentoring and ongoing mentoring. Plus the invaluable life experience of mistakes, learning and constant attitudinal adjusments of gratitude and humility.
