Tara empowers individuals to break free from limited stories and beliefs in order to love themselves unconditionally. She is particularly passionate about slowing down, focusing on the present moment, and reducing stress and anxiety. Tara brings a sense of welcoming and community to her classes and challenges her students to meet their edge while knowing their limits. Her classes focus on syncing breath and movement and connecting body, mind and soul.

Tara Laval is a 500-Hour Registered Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance, and a Certified Yoga Nidra Facilitator through the Amrit Yoga Institute. She empowers individuals to break free from limited stories and beliefs in order to love themselves unconditionally. She is particularly passionate about slowing down, focusing on the present moment, and reducing stress and anxiety. When she is not teaching, writing or traveling, Tara enjoys spending time with her husband and cheering on her Tampa Bay Lightning.
