Since discovering the various benefits of practicing yoga in her own life, Britta has not only deepened her own practice and studied continuously, but as a teacher she is passionate about helping people experience those benefits for themselves.
In her classes she offers a safe, accessible, and effective practice for everyone, utilizing mindful movement, breath and meditation.
She offers private yoga therapy sessions in person and virtual.
She offers several yoga class formats like slow flow, gentle flow, hatha, restorative, chair yoga/office yoga, back care classes, guided deep relaxation, mediation, as well as customized classes and workshops.
