 Hi. My name is Aoife. I'm a dedicated and enthusiastic yoga teacher specialising in Yin Yoga and Meditation. I began my yoga path in 2012 sampling hot yoga, hatha and vinyasa flows. Having established a meditation practice and felt great benefits, I felt a distinct compatibility with Yin Yoga for its mindful, inward-looking and nourishing qualities. I'm delighted to be able to share the gifts of Yin Yoga and meditation with others.
