Description

Over 20 years of Yoga and Fitness teaching experience. 500 Hrs Yoga Teacher (200 hrs viniyoga and 300 hrs Yoga Wellness Educator) training. I am also a Certified Group Exercise Instructor, Cancer Exercise Specialist, Level 1 Eric Franklin Method Educator and Fasical Fitness Instructor. I incorporate my different modalities in my classes and private yoga sessions.
