Hi, I’m Jessica. I love supporting women on their journey to motherhood & beyond since 2001.
I created the community and alignment-focused method of yoga called Ma Yoga in 2009, because women in their childbearing years need a different kind of yoga.
As busy nurturers of people and projects, we need our yoga to be:
- honed down to the most inspiring and effective elements
- easy to access and hop in to
- strengthening for our core
- stabilizing for our joints
- toning for our muscles
- therapeutic for our aches and pains
- grounding and calming for our energy
- clearing for our mind
- opening for our heart
- supportive so we can feel nurtured rather than depleted
After more than 18,000 women came through our Prenatal and Mom Yoga classes, and we saw how Ma Yoga changed pregnancies, postpartums and even lives, we started teaching Prenatal Yoga online – and we love it!
