Description

I teach various styles of yoga as I believe yoga should be inclusive and available to all. I specialise in yoga for women's health and yoga for all stages of menopause. I also offer retreats, classes, workshops although much of my teaching is delivered by private appointments at my studio. Yoga has had a massive impact on my life and I love my job and helping and supporting others with their physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing and sharing my love of yoga.

Yoga Teacher 500 hours

I have been practicing yoga for almost 30 years and teaching for 14 years. I run my own studio in Norfolk (UK). I qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga and I am also a Foundation Course Teacher. I am a qualified Yoga for Menopause teacher. I have taken various training courses in meditation, mindfulness, yoga nidra, acro yoga, restorative, yin yoga, yoga for lower backs, pranayama, anatomy and physiology, yoga for trauma, yoga for mental health and yoga for women's health. I continue to attend many workshops and intensive trainings to further my knowledge and deveopment as a senior yoga teacher.
