Patricia Harris

Description

I focus on Yoga for Osteoporosis.  My teaching in this area is inspired by Dr. Loren Fishman and his book Yoga for Osteoporosis. You can find my YouTube classes on this subject at TucsonDivineJourneyYoga on youtube.com.

I also teach weekly Yin and slow gently accesible yoga on zoom.

Credentials

I completed my 200 hour teacher training at The Yoga Connection in Tucson Az in 2015. My 500 hour training was at the same studio completed in 2019. Currently I have over 1200 hours of inperson teaching experience. I also completed The Yoga for Heathly Agining Training by Baxter Bell and Melina Meza in 2018 plus getting certified in Yoga for Arthritis by Dr. Loren Fishman.
