Description
My yoga teaching is rooted in helping students find balance, community and health. Currently working towards my 300-HR yoga certification, I draw on vinyasa, moving meditation and hatha yoga to create my classes. I encourage students to move at their own pace and regularly include breathing exercises (aka pranayama) and meditation in my classes. I plan on continuing my education towards helping people with sports injuries and chronic illness.
