I am a yoga student first and foremost, and I enjoy finding time to spend with teachers who help expand and deepen my knowledge and experience in yoga, whether that's in physical asana practice or yogic philosophical studies. Having been practicing since 2013, I left my corporate desk at the beginning of 2019 to explore the wonderful journey of sharing yoga and its benefits with others. My style is friendly, supportive and encouraging, looking to empower all levels of yogis to explore to their own depths and abilities. We practice together, with open-minded introductions and a nice balance between energetic and restorative sessions.

I completed my 200-hr training with Himalaya Yoga Valley Goa in Mandrem, India. I also completed a further 50-hr training for yoga for cancer with the wonderful Morven Hamilton, Yoga By Nature. These two experiences showed great insight into not only the physical, asana-based practices, but also how to create a healing, therapeutical approach via moving meditations, empathy and shared human experience.
I continue my studies online with people like Stu Girling and Judith Hanson Lasater, creating deeper anatomical knowledge combined with the restorative aspects, to help establish a sustainable self-practice for those at the beginning of their yoga journey.
