I teach an alignment based yoga infused with teachings from the yogis that began sharing their insights thousands of years ago. My classes are playful and inspire lessons on the mat to take out into your life and be well.

Yoga changed my life and continues 26 years later. I came to yoga to slow down my type A personality. Learning to be still in challenging poses, focus on my breath and learning to witness my thoughts has uncovered my true nature which is joyous and calm. We all have this inner light. Yoga makes you stronger, mentally and physically.
