Barn Yoga Cape Cod

Description

I trained with Judith Lasater a decade ago, in Austin, TX and also one retreat at Featherpipe as well. I opened my seasonal studio, in my home town on Cape Cod, in 2010, shortly thereafter I lost my sight. After taking some time to adjust, I reopened and focused on the ill, injured and disabled. I have teachers that focus on other Yoga, but for me, I am dedicated to Accessible Yoga.
