Breathe Bodyworks
Jenn Tamera is the owner and lead instructor at Breathe Bodyworks. Her past experiences include the styles of Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Iyengar and Bikram. Jenn’s classes tend to be a relaxing gentle flow, with focus on, relaxing tight muscles, alignment and balance. Balance meaning we quite the muscles that over work, and we engage the muscles that need development. Being a Certified Massage & Energy Work Practitioner, she becomes effortlessly in tune with her students’ bodies and energy in order to guide her students in a class that is suited for them.
Jenn is also creator Isagaya Flow “ISA” meaning “One” and “GAYA” meaning “Reflecting”. Getting in touch with your own body and searching within is key to Isagaya Flow. With the use of “Isagaya Flow Balls” you experience the therapeutic effects of Yoga and the joy of movement. Through breathing practices and physical postures, you will learn how to integrate your body, mind and spirit. Ultimately with Isagaya Flow you will be able to explore and get more in tune with your body and energy. In this exploration you will discover the physical and energetic tension you have been retaining and gain the skills on how to release that tension. Freeing your body, mind, spirit, so you can live the life you love.
