I take a very holistic approach to teaching yoga. Having a degree in psychology and also nursing helps me to understand and foster the mind-body connection. I believe the breath unites the mind-body-spirit. I teach in a Hatha style, but also offer easy flowing Viniyoga sequences. I work privately with individuals with a variety of health and musculoskeletel issues.

I'm a registered nurse and have an E-RYT-200 hour certification through the Yoga Alliance. I also recently completed the Yoga Wellness Educator certification through YogaUOnline. I teach at a senior center and also offer private lessons.
