Credentials

Received my credentials 200 hour teacher training through Wyse Body Yoga in Williams Oregon. Helped to start a community yoga program that gave an opportunity for new teachers to teach and for the cost to be affordable and donation based for students. I also subbed classes at community center and yoga studios for restorative yoga. I created and taught a Chair Yoga series for seniors at YMCA and I subbed restorative and beginning yoga classes as well for a mix of students. I continue my chair yoga classes online.
