As a yoga teacher, my goal is to help my students feel confident in their body and find more kindness. I like to fill my classes with informational cues and allow students the time to find the pose or modification that best works for them today! As a former athlete (gymnast), I specialize in helping people connect with their body and its needs, recognizing that our abilities are ever evolving. I work at several studios in South Eastern CT and am available for private lessons depending on student need. My classes feature unique flows designed with seasonal theming and student's goals. I encourage students to find the movement that feels good for them, allowing yoga to serve as a form of healing.
