Yogi Chris developed his passion for yoga by discovering profound personal benefits. After his career in semiconductor and high tech industries, he retired early to pursue his love of yoga deepening his personal practice under the teaching of several of Portland area’s most respected Yoga experts. His practice is rooted in the foundations of B.K.S. Iyengar with branches extending to the many styles of yoga commonly practiced today. He currently leads public and private yoga classes and special events online at several athletic clubs and local studios. Chris is skilled in anatomical alignment, range of motion, and flexibility. He receives great joy in helping others discover their own yoga practice, bringing them strength of body and peace of mind.
