Christine Butler

Christine has been practicing many different types of yoga since 2001. She enjoys bringing light and laughter to class.Caring for children as a nurse since 1995 has brought an inordinate amount of stress as well as joy into her life. Yoga helped her to find the balance needed to continue that work. The calm that yoga brings has spilled over into her practice as a nurse.

Christine believes that everyone should have an active and restorative practice so join her for a complete mind and body workout.
