My approach to teaching is to make all students feel successful regardless of their physical limitations. I teach and am an owner of True North Yoga in Paducah, KY. We offer 20+ classes each week.

I am a RYT 200 teacher, my 200 hour teaching certificate was from Wanderlust Studios in Squaw Valley, California and Austin, Texas. I am currently enrolled in the 300 hour teacher training at Alaya Yoga School. My teachers include but are not limited to Meg McCraken, Sheri Beard, Gioconda, Ashleigh Seargent. I am a member of Yoga Alliance as well.
