Dan Cantor Fitness and Yoga
Dan is an experienced fitness professional and RYT200 yoga instructor with 6 years of experience working with people of all ages and fitness levels. He is continuing his yoga studies at Kripalu in MA where the teaching philosophy is based in mindfulness and transformation through self awareness. He is also pursuing a Yoga Therapy certification with Integrative Yoga Therapy (Joseph and Lillian LePage) one of the leading Yoga Therapy schools that integrates core yoga philosophies and practices into a healing modality. Dan’s yoga philosophy and personal practice centers on the use of mindful asana, pranayama, and meditation to create harmony throughout all levels of the Kosha’s (your being). He believes in the importance of having fun while providing yoga classes that are challenging but not too hard for beginners or mature students. Dan is easygoing, attentive to the needs of his classes, and works in a playful, pleasing style. His yoga classes utilize a Vinyasa flow format and emphasize safe postures and sound program design that will align your body, improve your health, and leave you feeling light and at peace with the world.
