Darcy Schwerin, Enso Wellness Center & Day Spa

At Enso we hope to create the space for all to gain a greater understanding of inter-connectedness, mindfulness, balance, and living in the present moment. We chose this name and symbol for our business for it empowering qualities of how to live naturally. By healing ourselves we find more resources to help our families, friends, communities, state, country, world, and more.

Darcy studied over 12 years with Ashtanga Yoga and Iyengar Yoga in Santa Fe, NM. Studying for the last 4 years at Prajna Yoga with Tias and Suyra LIttle. Accomplished by 200-hour certification with Prajna, and currently working toward the 500 hour certification. Focusing my teaching on a prajna inspired teaching, working with modifications, awareness of anatomy and breathe, creating a greater awareness of mind body and spirit in each persons yoga practice.
