I am passionate about living life to its fullest. I believe in liberating ourselves to be the best that we can be. Relationship with others opens the door to reflection, awareness, insight, and growth. I am located 40 miles outside of New Orleans in the quiet town of Covington, Louisiana. As a psycho-therapist I use my private practice setting to work with small groups, children, adolescents, couples and individuals using a body, mind, spirit approach.
