I work with clients privately and in small groups at The Integral Life Center in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. My mission is to empower people using the teachings of Yoga, to alleviate chronic pain and tension in their minds and bodies so that they can pursue their passions with ease, grace, focus and clarity.
