Gabby Robinson
Gabby walked into her first yoga class in 2006. She and her roommate wanted to try something new every week their first year of college, and yoga was it for the first week! To this day, Gabby continues to step onto her mat for the same reason: to try something new. After receiving her 200-hour certification from Kindness Yoga in 2015, she brings that philosophy to her students. Gabby encourages yogis to explore something new on their mat each class, whether it's attempting a pose they haven't before or finding a new sensation in their bodies. To create this sense of discovery, Gabby allows students to settle into poses. This can be challenging in both strength and stretching-based postures, as settling in means finding the mental and physical drive to stay in the pose! However, Gabby's nurturing energy will guide practitioners through any challenges they face while confronting the unfamiliar during a deep strengthening or stretching practice!
Along with yoga and typical Colorado outdoor activities, Gabby enjoys cooking, making ice cream, gardening, working on the house, and borrowing people's pets.
