Genevieve (Jenny) Rohan-Sexty, Sarayu Yoga

I came to practicing yoga to heal a cervical, shoulder dysfunction. Yoga was effective in assisting my physical body in healing while also bringing me to a long sought after spiritual practice. I trained in Ananda Yoga in 2009. By profession, I am a family nurse practitioner.

My teaching has been a combination of studio practice and donation only practice. It is not my intention to make a living with yoga, only to share it where I am able. While not trainned in theraputic yoga, I am drawn to that focus due to my medical training.
