I believe that yoga guides you home. I enjoy teaching people how to modify yoga sequences into practices that best suit their needs. In addition to teaching postures for physical strength and flexibility, I teach breathing and meditation strategies for letting go of stress and promoting healing. If you would like to learn how to release tension, center your thoughts, and restore your sense of well-being, I teach regular classes at studios and gyms throughout the metro-DC area and also provide one-on-one sessions.
