A therapeutic Yoga  program developed by Susan Holbrook specifically for women recovering or recovered from either prophylactic or therapeutic surgeries and treatments related to breast cancer.  Traditional Hatha Yoga/Asana postures are offered in modified forms to accommodate the various physical conditions of  breast surgery patients. Each class is created to enhance the mind-body connection with the intent to augment healing not only physically, but also in mind and soul.
