Terry Smith and Eva Norlyk Smith are yoga therapists and co-founders of the Healthy Back, Healthy Body program, a series of therapeutic yoga courses focusing on posture improvement, osteoporosis, and chronic pain relief.
Terry Smith is a bodyworker and movement therapist with extensive osteopathic training. He has practiced Iyengar yoga for more than 30 years and is trained as an Anusara-inspired yoga teacher. Eva Norlyk Smith is a health writer and yoga therapist, who specializes in yoga as it applies to musculoskeletal issues, back health and postural imbalances.

Terry Smith has a Ph.D. in Manual Therapy, is an LMT, and has worked wtih thousands of people facing chronic pain issues as a bodyworker over the past 15 years. He is trained as a 200-hr. level Anusara-inspired teacher, and in addition to his bodywork practice, teaches therpautic yoga classes with a focus on facilitating structural heatlh for the aging body.
Eva Norlyk Smith, has a Ph.D. in Research Psychology. She is trained as a CMT, and as a yoga teacher and yoga therapist at the 500-hr. level in Kripalu yoga and Integrative Yoga Therapy.
